Night of the Demons 2 is a horror-comedy film and a sequel to the 1988 film Night of the Demons. The movie was released in 1994 and directed by Brian Trenchard-Smith. The plot revolves around a group of Catholic school students who attend a Halloween party at an abandoned funeral parlor where Angela, the antagonist of the previous movie, summons demons through a ritual.
The main character of the movie is Sister Gloria, a tough and no-nonsense nun who tries to keep the students safe from the demonic possession that plagues them one by one. Sister Gloria uses her ruler as a weapon to fight the demons and protect the remaining students from being consumed by evil.
As the party heats up, the students begin to engage in wild and hedonistic behavior, and Angela uses their sinful actions to fuel her demonic plans. The film features themes of temptation, sin, and betrayal, as well as gore and violence typical of the horror genre.
Despite its campy tone and exaggerated characters, Night of the Demons 2 received positive reviews for its humor and entertaining horror elements. It has since gained a cult following and remains a popular Halloween movie pick.
