New Year Blues is a romantic-comedy film that revolves around the lives of four couples who are all struggling with their own problems and fears one week before New Year's Eve. Each of the couples has their unique set of challenges to overcome as they prepare to welcome a new year.

Ji Ho (played by Yoo Yeon-seok) is a musician who has been in a long-term relationship with Hyo Young (played by Choi Soo-young) but is afraid of committing to marriage. Hyo Young, on the other hand, is desperate to get married and starts to become frustrated with Ji Ho's reluctance.

Jae Heon (played by Kim Kang-woo) is a successful businessman who is in a relationship with Jin Ah (played by Yoo In-na), a famous actress. Jae Heon is afraid of losing his success and becomes hesitant about Jin Ah's career as she starts to receive more attention from her fans.

Yong Chan (played by Lee Dong-hwi) and Yao Lin (played by Chen Du-ling) are a couple who suffer from a language barrier as Yong Chan speaks Korean and Yao Lin speaks Mandarin. They struggle to communicate and understand each other, which leads to misunderstandings.

Finally, Rae Hwan (played by Yoo Tae-oh) and Oh Wol (played by Lee Yeon-hee) are a couple who have been together for 7 years but have hit a rough patch. They are both afraid of losing each other and struggle to regain the spark in their relationship.

As the couples navigate through their difficulties, they begin to learn more about themselves and their relationships, ultimately leading them to grow and change. With a heartwarming storyline and an ensemble cast of talented actors, New Year Blues is a film that captures the essence of love, friendship, and the struggles of life.
