New World is a South Korean crime thriller directed by Park Hoon-jung. The film centers around the power struggle between two rival factions of a powerful corporate gang in Korea. One faction is led by Jung Chung (Hwang Jung-min), a ruthless and mysterious figure whose grip on power is threatened by the sudden death of his boss, Chairman Seok (Lee Kyoung-young). The other faction is led by Lee Joong-gu (Park Sung-woong), a charismatic and cunning gangster who seeks to take over the organization.
