As the planning for the quinceañera-themed party ensues, Camila starts to reconnect with her Hispanic roots. Javi helps her embrace her cultural heritage and encourages her to explore her passions outside of dentistry. With Javi's guidance, Camila discovers a love for salsa dancing, which she incorporates into her party.
However, as the party date approaches, Camila begins to feel overwhelmed and anxious about turning 30 and not being where she thought she would be in her career and personal life. Javi reminds her that age is just a number and encourages her to focus on the present moment and the joy of celebrating her heritage.
During the party, Camila is surprised by the presence of her estranged mother, who abandoned her family when she was young. Tensions rise as Camila confronts her mother about the pain she caused, but with Javi's support, she is able to forgive her mother and move forward with a newfound sense of acceptance and understanding.
