Never Too Late follows the story of four aged veterans - Caine, Bronson, Angus, and Wendell - who have been reunited in an unexpected place, the Hogan Hills Retirement Home for Returned Veterans. They are forced to live in this home away from their families and friends, which has left them disappointed and unhappy.
Despite their differences, the former prisoners are united in one thing, they all have an unrealized dream they want to achieve. Caine (Jacki Weaver) is determined to reunite with his long lost love, Angie, while Bronson (Jack Thompson) wants to make amends with his estranged daughter.
