Nailed is a 2006 comedy-drama film directed by Gabriela Tagliavini and starring Jessica Biel, Jake Gyllenhaal, and Catherine Keener. The film revolves around Alice Eckle (Biel), a waitress who accidentally gets a nail lodged in her head during a construction accident. As they continue to profit from the construction site's blunder, Alice's healthcare issue becomes a national news story, and the senator uses her situation to advance his own career.
As the story progresses, the characters' lives become increasingly intertwined, leading to moments of drama, humor, and unexpected romance. Eventually, Alice's nail gets removed, and her life returns to normal. The film ends with a touching scene where the senator and Alice meet one last time, and he confesses his feelings for her.
