After reluctantly agreeing to fulfill her sister's dying wish, Eun-jin sets out to find a husband. She decides to marry the mild-mannered architect Soo-il in a fake marriage, with the intention of divorcing him once her sister's funeral is over.
However, as Eun-jin spends more time with Soo-il, she begins to develop feelings for him. Meanwhile, Eun-jin's rival gang leader, White Shark, sees the fake marriage as an opportunity to take down Eun-jin and her gang once and for all.
As Eun-jin navigates her complicated feelings for Soo-il and tries to protect her gang from White Shark's dangerous plans, she must confront her own past traumas and decide what truly matters to her. In the end, Eun-jin must choose between her loyalty to her gang and her newfound love for Soo-il.
