After breaking up with Jenny Johnson, Matt Saunders begins to date his co-worker, Hannah, but Jenny doesn't take the breakup lightly. As G-Girl, she starts using her powers to disrupt Matt's life and ruin his relationship with Hannah. She throws a live shark through his apartment window, wrecks his car and even uses her powers to embarrass him at work.
Matt turns to his best friend, Vaughn, for help in dealing with the increasingly dangerous G-Girl, but Vaughn only makes things worse when he drunkenly reveals Jenny's secret identity to a group of guys at a bar, leading to her being attacked and nearly raped.
As G-Girl's actions escalate and become more dangerous, Matt realizes he needs to take matters into his own hands and find a way to stop her before she causes irreparable harm. He seeks the help of Professor Bedlam, G-Girl's arch-nemesis, who has been in hiding for years. Together they come up with a plan to defeat G-Girl and restore order to Matt's life.
In the end, Matt defeats G-Girl by using her weakness for Kryptonite against her and destroys her secret laboratory, causing her to lose her powers. With her powers gone, The once powerful G-Girl is forced to live a mundane life as her alter ego, Jenny Johnson. Matt and Hannah reconcile their relationship, and Vaughn finally realizes the consequences of his actions.
