Mr. Nice is a biographical film based on the life of Howard Marks, a Welsh drug trafficker who became one of the biggest marijuana smugglers in the world during the 1970s. The movie is based on Marks' autobiography of the same name, and chronicles his rise to fame and fortune in the drug trade.
