In the film Mr. Nanny, former professional wrestler Sean Armstrong (played by Hulk Hogan) is hired by the mother of two young children, Alexandra (Madeline Zima) and Kate (Zachary Browne), to be their new nanny and bodyguard. The children are used to getting their way and are initially resistant to Sean's authority. However, Sean quickly wins them over with his tough but fair approach and becomes their trusted protector.
Meanwhile, the children's father, Alex Mason (Austin Pendleton), is being stalked and threatened by his former business partner, Burke (Sherman Hemsley), who wants to steal his latest invention. Alex is too absorbed in his work to notice the danger he's in, but Sean is always watching and protects him from Burke's numerous attempts to sabotage him.
As Sean becomes more involved in the Mason family's lives, he finds himself drawn to their mother, Faith (Jeannie Wilson), and begins to develop feelings for her. However, as Burke's threats grow more violent, Sean must focus on protecting the family and stopping Burke's dangerous plans once and for all.
Mr. Nanny is a family-friendly action comedy that showcases Hulk Hogan's trademark charisma and larger-than-life personality.
