Moon Garden opens with the five-year-old girl, Lily, falling into a deep coma after a car accident. Her mother, Emma, stays by her side in the hospital, playing a transistor radio that Lily loves, hoping that it will guide her back to consciousness.
In the midst of her coma, Lily's mind takes her to a dark and mysterious industrial dreamscape, filled with foreboding factories, abandoned warehouses, and looming smokestacks. She wanders through this surreal landscape, encountering strange and unsettling creatures, as she tries to find her way back to the real world.
Meanwhile, Emma is struggling to cope with her daughter's condition, trying everything she can think of to wake Lily up. She uncovers a strange connection between Lily's dreamscape and a remote research facility, leading her to believe that something there may be the key to bringing her daughter back.
As Lily's journey through the Moon Garden becomes increasingly perilous, Emma races against time to uncover the truth behind the mysterious research facility and rescue her daughter from her coma. But as she delves deeper into the secrets of the Moon Garden, Emma realizes that the lines between dreams and reality are becoming dangerously blurred.
In a stunning climax, Lily and Emma come face-to-face with the dark force that has been holding Lily captive in her coma, and must fight to break free from its grasp and return to the real world.
