Money Train is a 1995 action-comedy film directed by Joseph Ruben and stars Wesley Snipes, Woody Harrelson, and Jennifer Lopez. The story follows two foster brothers, John and Charlie, who both work as transit cops in New York City. John has been taking care of Charlie since they were kids, and Charlie has developed a gambling addiction that has caused him to spiral out of control.

When their boss announces a plan to retire, John and Charlie both hope to take over his job. However, their dreams of promotion are shattered when the boss's replacement turns out to be a ruthless and corrupt police captain named Donald Patterson. Patterson is determined to squeeze as much money as possible out of the New York City subway system, and he comes up with a plan to steal millions of dollars in subway fares from the city's subway trains.

Charlie, desperate for cash to pay off his debts, hatches a plan to rob the money train with the help of John. Despite John's reservations, Charlie goes through with the heist, with disastrous consequences. Patterson is furious and teams up with Jennifer Lopez's character, a transit cop named Grace Santiago, to catch the thieves.

As John and Charlie try to evade Patterson and Santiago, they are forced to confront long-standing resentments and issues in their relationship. Their love for each other is tested as they put themselves in increasingly dangerous situations, and they must ultimately decide whether their bond as brothers is stronger than the temptation of easy money.

Money Train features high-speed chases, witty banter, and thrilling action sequences, all set against the backdrop of New York City's iconic transit system.
