The movie revolves around the Hansen family, who are in a jam when Adam and Duffy manage to score tickets to the Headless Horseman concert on the same night that Chelsea has a date with her dreamy boyfriend, Peter. The only problem is that both siblings are grounded and cannot leave the house.
Desperate to attend the concert and their date, Adam and Chelsea hatch a plan to get their overprotective mother, Lynette, out of the house. They set up a date for her with a mysterious man they met online. However, things take a dark turn when their youngest brother, Taylor, suspects that the new suitor, Dimitri Denatos, might be a vampire.
As the night progresses, Taylor becomes increasingly convinced that Dimitri is indeed a vampire, and he sets out to prove it with the help of his siblings. The clock is ticking, and the tension mounts as the Hansen kids race against time to expose Dimitri and save their mother from his clutches before it's too late.
The movie is a comedic take on the classic vampire tale, with plenty of humor, suspense, and drama to keep viewers on the edge of their seats. It features a talented cast including Caroline Rhea as Lynette, Charles Shaughnessy as Dimitri, and Robert Carradine as the father figure, Malachi Van Helsing. The film was directed by Steve Boyum and written by Robert Keats.
