Moebius is a 2013 South Korean film directed by Kim Ki-duk. It tells the story of a family torn apart by infidelity, jealousy, and violence. The film begins with a woman, played by Lee Eun-woo, discovering that her husband, played by Cho Jae-hyun, has been unfaithful to her. Overwhelmed with anger and hatred, she tries to castrate him but fails, and instead cuts off their son's penis in a fit of rage.

The father, unable to cope with his own guilt and shame, becomes increasingly abusive towards his wife and withdrawn from his son.
