Miss Osaka is a psychological thriller film that explores the theme of identity and how far one would go to change who they are. The movie focuses on the character Ines, who is dissatisfied with her current life and constantly seeks approval from others.

When she meets Maria, a carefree and confident tourist, Ines sees an opportunity to become someone else entirely. Maria disappears, and Ines takes advantage of the situation by assuming her identity and traveling to Japan.

There, she lands a job at the nightclub where Maria used to work and begins a dangerous game of deceit, trying to maintain the illusion of being someone else while battling her own insecurities and the threat of being caught.
