In the movie Mimic: Sentinel, the man enclosed in the plastic bubble is named Nick, who suffers from a rare genetic disorder that weakens his immune system. His sister, Rosy, and their best friend, Carmen, live with him in the apartment complex where they work as caretakers.
The apartment complex becomes infested with mutant Judas Breed insects, genetically engineered creatures that were created to eradicate cockroaches but have since evolved to mimic their human prey. As the insects begin to infiltrate the building and attack the residents, Nick, Rosy, and Carmen must use their wits and resourcefulness to defend themselves and the other tenants.
Despite Nick's physical limitations, he proves to be a valuable asset in the fight against the insects, using his intelligence and knowledge of the building's layout to outsmart the creatures. Rosy and Carmen also show bravery and ingenuity as they come up with creative ways to fend off the relentless attacks.
As they struggle to survive against the relentless onslaught of the Judas Breed insects, Nick, Rosy, and Carmen must confront their fears and work together to protect the residents of the apartment complex. With their lives on the line, they must find a way to defeat the insects before it's too late.
