In the beginning of the film, Mickey Mouse invites his two best pals, Goofy and Donald Duck, to join him on a road trip in his new high-tech house trailer. Donald is hesitant to go, but Mickey's enthusiasm convinces him.
As they hit the road, Goofy volunteers to take the driver's seat and activates the Autopilot mode, which uses advanced technology to steer the vehicle. Meanwhile, Mickey starts whipping up some breakfast in the trailer's modern kitchen, offering Donald a mimosa to start off the day.
However, things quickly go awry when Goofy accidentally activates the trailer's eject lever, sending the trailer careening out of control down a steep mountain road. The trio desperately tries to regain control of the vehicle, but the Autopilot mode continues to take them on a dangerous path.
Along the way, the trailer narrowly avoids falling off a cliff and colliding with an oncoming train, among other precarious situations. Meanwhile, Goofy remains oblivious to the chaos happening behind him and continues driving as if nothing is wrong.
Eventually, the trio manages to get the trailer back under control and reunites with Goofy at a rest stop. Despite the wild ride, they all agree that they wouldn't want to go on a road trip any other way.
