In Miami Heat, Yuri (played by Jean-Claude Van Damme) has retired from the special forces and is now working as a battalion chief for the Miami Fire Department. He is enjoying a quiet life with his wife and daughter, but everything changes when Julia (played by Bianca Bree) is kidnapped while holiday shopping.
The kidnappers are part of a human trafficking ring led by a ruthless billionaire named Victor Abbott (played by Scott Adkins). Yuri must rely on his old skills to track down his daughter and take down the traffickers. He teams up with a young hacker named Nikolai (played by Alaa Safi) who has been investigating the trafficking ring.
As Yuri and Nikolai get closer to Julia's location, they realize that the traffickers are planning to auction her off along with other young women. Time is running out, and Yuri must use all of his training and experience to rescue his daughter and stop the traffickers before it's too late.
