Roger, a regular guy living in a dystopian future where oil reserves are running low, starts hearing a mysterious voice in his head while traveling through the underground tunnels that connect Europe. The voice belongs to Nina, a woman who seems to have a connection to the control center of the underground system.
As Roger becomes obsessed with finding a way to get rid of Nina's voice, he discovers a sinister conspiracy at play. The control center, run by a powerful corporation, is using mind control technology to manipulate and monitor the residents of the city.
