The protagonist, Jacquie, is a highly successful tech entrepreneur who has just moved into her dream home. As the holiday season approaches, she is excited to show off her new home to her family and friends and plans a perfect Christmas celebration. However, her plans are soon derailed when her messy and chaotic family arrives.
From her teenage niece’s drama to her sister’s unexpected pregnancy announcement, Jacquie struggles to keep her house in order. To make matters worse, her ex-boyfriend unexpectedly shows up, causing even more tension and drama.
As Jacquie tries to put out one fire after another, she also has to deal with the pressure of a glossy video shoot showcasing her perfect Christmas celebration. She struggles to balance her work and family life, while still trying to maintain her composure and keep her house in order.
With the help of her family, Jacquie slowly learns to let go of her perfect expectations and embrace the messy and imperfect moments of life. By the end of the film, she realizes that being with her loved ones and creating memories together is more important than having a perfect Christmas.
