The movie Medusa follows the story of a young woman named Mia, who is a wildlife researcher studying reptiles in the Amazon rainforest. One day, while out in the field, she is bitten by a poisonous snake and is rushed back to civilization for treatment. However, as she heals, she begins to notice changes in her body and senses.
