The movie Me Time follows the story of Greg, a loving stay-at-home dad who has spent years dedicated to raising his children and taking care of his family. When his wife and kids go away for a week, Greg looks forward to his first bit of free time in years.
However, things quickly take a wild turn when Greg's old college friend, Brad, shows up and invites him to join in on a crazy birthday adventure. Brad is a hard-partying ladies' man who lives life to the fullest and wants to show Greg how to have some fun.
Despite his reservations, Greg decides to go along with Brad's plans and soon finds himself experiencing a wild ride filled with all kinds of debauchery. Along the way, he reconnects with his old friend and comes to realize that he may have been missing out on some of life's adventures by being too focused on his family.
As the adventure continues, Greg also begins to question his priorities and wonders if he's really living the life he wants. With the help of Brad and some other new friends, he's able to let loose and have fun in a way he never thought possible.
In the end, Greg returns home to his family with a newfound appreciation for the importance of taking time for himself and experiencing all that life has to offer.
