Matchmaker Mysteries: The Art of the Kill is a mystery movie directed by Catherine Cyran. It stars Danica McKellar as Angie Dove, the owner of a matchmaking business, and Victor Webster as Det. Kyle Carter, a police detective.
The story begins with Angie attending an art exhibition at the local museum. While admiring the paintings, she stumbles upon a dead body. She immediately calls Det. Carter, who arrives at the scene and starts investigating the murder.
Meanwhile, Angie's father Nick is also at the museum, investigating a series of petty thefts that have been occurring there. He suspects that the thefts and the murder may be connected and decides to join forces with his daughter and Det. Carter to solve the case.
As they investigate, they discover a web of lies and secrets that lead them to a group of wealthy art collectors, who may have been involved in the murder. Angie and Det. Carter's chemistry also starts to develop as they work together to solve the case.
As the clues stack up, Angie, Nick, and Det. Carter race against time to solve the case before the killer strikes again. The movie ends with an exciting twist that reveals the killer's identity and their motive for the murder.
