This documentary film focuses on the life and career of British-Sri Lankan rapper and artist M.I.A. The film features never-before-seen personal footage of M.I.A. from her childhood, teenage years, and early career. The film also includes interviews with M.I.A.'s family members, peers, and collaborators, as well as footage of her performing live in various venues around the world. The film is directed by Steve Loveridge and premiered at the 2018 Sundance Film Festival.
