Masquerade is a French drama film directed by Philippe Mora and released in 1988. The movie features the character Adrien, played by Rob Lowe, who was once a talented dancer until his career was abruptly ended by a motorbike accident. He moves to the French Riviera, where he spends his days lounging in the sun, drinking and embarking on casual flings.
Adrien is taken care of by Martha, a glamorous former movie star portrayed by Meg Tilly, who acts as his companion and confidante.
