In Marley & Me, John (played by Owen Wilson) and Jenny (played by Jennifer Aniston) Grogan, recently married journalists, move to Florida to start their new life together. As they begin to talk about starting a family, they adopt a cute, mischievous, but ultimately untrained Labrador Retriever puppy, Marley. Despite Marley's unpredictable behavior and constant destruction, the couple grow to love him and come to realize that their dog has taught them many valuable lessons about life, love, and family.
