Marla Mae is a horror movie that tells the story of a young woman named Marla who goes to her distant relative, who is also her gynecologist, to get an IUD implanted. However, soon after, she begins experiencing strange events and horrific nightmares.
As the story unfolds, it becomes clear that the doctor is not only a pervert but also a deranged individual who performs unethical and gruesome surgeries in the basement of his clinic. He has implanted Marla with a sinister device that can control her mind and body, putting her life and those around her in danger.
As Marla's mental and physical health deteriorates, her boyfriend and best friend try to uncover the truth about the doctor and help her escape his clutches. But the doctor will stop at nothing to keep his secret safe, and Marla's survival becomes a deadly game of cat and mouse.
