Manos Returns

Horror  N/A

MANOS Returns is a horror-comedy film that is a direct sequel to the 1966 cult classic film Manos: The Hands of Fate. The film was created by Jackey Neyman Jones, who played Debbie in the original film, and directed by Tonjia Atomic. The story follows a group of friends who gather to watch a rare screening of Manos: The Hands of Fate, but as the night progresses strange things begin to happen, including the re-emergence of the evil cult leader, The Master.

The film features a mix of new characters and returning cast members, including Jones reprising her role as Debbie, and Tom Neyman returning as The Master (he also played the role in the original film). Other notable cast members include Diane Mahree, who played the role of Margaret in the original film, and Rachel Jackson, who plays the lead character of Jackie.

The film was funded through a successful Kickstarter campaign and was released in 2018. It received mixed reviews from critics, with some praising its tongue-in-cheek homage to the original film, while others criticized its low-budget production values. Despite this, it was generally well-received by fans of the cult classic, who appreciated its dedication to the quirky and off-beat style of the original film.
