Man on the Edge is a South Korean movie that tells the tale of a gangster named Gwang-ho who is on the verge of suicide. However, an unexpected event occurs that changes his fate forever. A mysterious shaman appears, and with a blink, Gwang-ho's soul is transported into another body. He wakes up in the body of a successful businessman named Sang-yeol, who is in the midst of making a great deal of money.
As Gwang-ho struggles to come to terms with his new identity and surroundings, he begins to uncover the dark side of Sang-yeol's life. He learns that his new body is not as perfect as it seems, as he is involved in an illegal business. On top of that, Sang-yeol's wife and mistress are in a bitter power struggle over his assets.
As Gwang-ho navigates through Sang-yeol's underworld, he begins to use his gangster instincts to take control of the situation. He becomes embroiled in a dangerous game of power and deceit, all the while avoiding the wrath of Sang-yeol's enemies.
