Malati di Sesso (Sex Maniacs) is an Italian comedy-drama film released in 1998. Directed by Tonino Pulci, the film stars Italian actors Gianfranco Manfredi, Ottavia Piccolo, and Michelangelo Tommaso in lead roles.

The two strangers meet each other at the hotel reception desk and, after a brief conversation, they both admit to each other that they have a sex addiction problem. They decide to embark on their journey together and try to resist their urges for one month.
During their stay in Courmayeur, Paolo and Simona face many temptations, but they try their best to control their desires. However, their resolution is put to the test when they meet a French couple who are swingers and invite them to a wild party. While they initially refuse, they eventually give in to their urges and participate in the orgy. Later, Paolo and Simona decide to leave Courmayeur and go back to their respective normal lives.
The movie explores the theme of sexual addiction and how it affects people's lives. It's a lighthearted comedy that also deals with some serious issues. Malati di Sesso received mixed reviews from critics but was a commercial success in Italy.
