Madison is a 2001 sports drama film directed by William Bindley, based on a true story about the Gold Cup hydroplane boat race that took place in 1971. The film follows the story of Jim McCormick, a blue-collar worker and boat enthusiast who lives in the small town of Madison, Indiana.
