Made in U.S.A is a 1966 French film directed by Jean-Luc Godard. It is loosely based on a novel by American author Richard Stark, aka Donald E. Westlake. The film stars Anna Karina as Paula Nelson, a young woman who travels to Atlantic City to meet her lover, Richard Politzer, only to find him dead.
Paula decides to investigate his death and begins to unravel a complex web of deception involving gangsters, political intrigue, and conspiracy.
