Ma Belle, My Beauty follows the story of Bertie and Lane, a musician couple who have decided to move to the South of France in hopes of restarting their careers and marriage. But things take a turn when Lane invites her ex-lover Freda, to visit who was once part of their polyamorous relationship.
The reunion becomes a catalyst for old passions and jealousies to resurface. Freda is now married to the wealthy Louis and seems contented with her life, living in Morocco. As they spend more time together, Lane and Freda reconnect, and Bertie begins to feel left out.
