The movie begins with a heist in Egypt where Lupin III and his gang successfully steal a treasure from a pyramid. However, Lupin is shocked to find out from news reports that he was also executed in Transylvania at the same time.
Curious about his apparent death, Lupin travels to Transylvania along with his loyal friend Jigen and his enemy-turned-ally, Inspector Zenigata. There they discover that the man who was executed was actually one of Lupin's impersonators.
As Lupin tries to unravel the mystery behind his faked death, he becomes embroiled in a larger conspiracy involving Mamo, a mysterious figure who claims to be over 10,000 years old and who has the power to resurrect the dead.
Mamo has recruited Fujiko to help him carry out his plans for world domination, but Lupin and his team are determined to stop him. They embark on a globe-trotting adventure and face off against Mamo's henchmen while trying to uncover his true identity and the source of his powers.
The movie is full of action, humor, and twists and turns as Lupin and his crew try to outsmart Mamo and save the world from his evil plans.
