Lupin, Jigen, and Goemon attempt to steal a diamond from a wealthy American tycoon named Douglas, but their plans are interrupted by a mysterious group known as the Nostradamus Guild. The Guild is led by a woman named Lama and is convinced that Douglas has possession of the lost book of prophecy, which they believe will reveal the key to global domination.
When the Guild captures Julia, Douglas's daughter, and demands the book in exchange for her safe return, Lupin goes on a mission to retrieve both the book and the diamond. Along the way, he must outwit Douglas's security force, avoid the Guild's deadly traps, and uncover the truth behind Nostradamus's prophecies.
