During the mission to retrieve the dragon figurine, Lupin and his team face many obstacles, including dealing with Chin's henchmen and the dangerous environmental conditions of the ruins of Titanic. Along the way, they meet an enigmatic woman named Rosetta, who seems to be connected to the dragon figurine.
Meanwhile, Goemon and Kikyo also face challenges as they try to protect the honor of the Iga Clan and prevent the dragon from falling into the wrong hands. They encounter a rival swordsman named Yasuo, who is also after the dragon figurine.
As the two groups race to find the dragon figurine, they uncover a plot to use the alloy created from it for nefarious purposes. Lupin, Goemon, and their allies must work together to stop Chin Chin Chu and his plans for world domination.
The movie features classic Lupin the Third elements, including thrilling heists, intense action sequences, and witty humor. It also explores deeper themes such as honor, legacy, and the consequences of using power for selfish gain.
