Lupin and Jigen are hired by a mysterious woman named Anita to steal the Little Comet, a legendary gemstone that is said to grant its owner almost unlimited power. The stone is located in East Doroa, a country ruled by a ruthless dictator named Gravano.
As Lupin and Jigen attempt to break into Gravano's heavily fortified palace, they are ambushed by Yael Okuzaki, a deadly sniper who has been hired to protect the Little Comet. Despite being wounded, Jigen manages to escape with the gemstone, while Lupin continues to fight Yael.
As he tries to uncover the mystery behind the Little Comet, Lupin discovers that Anita has her own agenda and is not what she seems. Meanwhile, Jigen's condition worsens, and he realizes that Yael had prepared a tombstone for him before the heist even began.
As Lupin races to save Jigen and unravel the conspiracy surrounding the Little Comet, he faces off against Yael and Gravano in a final showdown that will determine the fate of East Doroa and the world.
