Love's Abiding Joy is a 2006 American Western drama film directed by Michael Landon Jr. and starring Erin Cottrell and Logan Bartholomew, based on a series of novels by Janette Oke. The movie is the fourth film in the Love Comes Softly series.

The movie follows the continued journey of settlers Missie and Willie Lahaye as they establish their homestead in the far West. Missie discovers her passion for teaching while Willie expands their ranch with the help of their sons Jeff and Matthew. When the frontier railroad arrives in town, Missie's father Clark visits them, but their reunion is marred by the tragic death of their daughter Kathy.

Willie accepts the offer to become the town's sheriff, a decision that causes a strain on his relationship with Missie. Meanwhile, Jeff falls in love with Colette, the daughter of the powerful Samuel Doros, making things more complicated for the family.
