Love is a drama film directed by Elena Kazan. The movie stars Irina Pokrovskaya as Lyubov, an accountant who communicates with an employee of the company living at a meteorological station in the North. While the two protagonists have never met in person, they establish a rapport through their correspondence. As they exchange letters, Love and her pen pal grow increasingly close, despite their geographical distance.

However, as the titular cyclone hits the meteorological station, communication between Love and her friend comes to an abrupt halt. After failing to receive a response to her messages, Love decides to journey to the station to find out what happened to her pen pal. Along the way, she faces a series of obstacles, including harsh weather conditions and physical exhaustion.

As she makes her way towards the station, Love reflects on her life and relationships, finding solace in the memories of her own lost love. When she finally arrives, she discovers the tragic fate of the station's inhabitants and is forced to confront her own feelings of loss and longing. The film is a poignant exploration of human connection, resilience, and the power of love to overcome distance and adversity.
