Love You Right: An R&B Musical follows the story of Marcus Johnson, a renowned rhythm and blues superstar who experiences a sudden and unexpected downfall, losing everything he once had. With no one else to turn to and nowhere else to go, Marcus finds himself returning to his hometown where he begins to reflect on the choices he made in his career and personal life.
As he tries to rebuild his life, Marcus reconnects with his childhood friend and former love interest, Aria James, who now runs a local community center. Despite their past difficulties, the two share a chemistry that has never waned, and they find comfort in each other's company.
