Love Bite is a comedy horror film directed by Andy de Emmony and released in 2012. The film takes place in the small seaside town of Rainmouth, where a group of teenage boys are on a mission to lose their virginity. Their plan is to seduce some girls during the summer break, but things take a turn for the worse when they learn that a werewolf is on the prowl, preying on virgins.
The boys soon realize that they must be careful and try to identify the werewolf before it's too late. They turn to a loony ex-policeman, Sid (Timothy Spall), who claims to be an expert in the supernatural, for help. With the help of a book on werewolf lore, the boys begin to suspect that the werewolf is someone they know. The girls they are pursuing, however, seem to be oblivious to the danger.
As the boys try to uncover the identity of the werewolf, they face a number of obstacles. They must overcome their own fears, navigate the complexities of relationships, and avoid getting killed by the werewolf. Along the way, they discover that they are not the only ones with secrets in the town, and that some of those secrets are much darker than they ever imagined.
The film stars Ed Speleers, Jessica Szohr, Luke Pasqualino, and Timothy Spall. It received mixed reviews from critics, with some praising its humor and others criticizing its predictable plot. Despite this, Love Bite has achieved a cult following among horror fans.
