Love Addict follows Gabriel (played by Kev Adams), a successful advertising executive in Paris who is a self-proclaimed love addict. He jumps from one relationship to another, using charm and manipulation to woo and win over women. However, this behavior not only begins to affect his work and friendships but also his relationship with ex-girlfriend Sophie (played by Mélanie Bernier), who he still has feelings for.
After a disastrous night with another woman, Gabriel realizes his addiction is out of control and seeks help from a life coach, played by Alexandra Lamy. The life coach challenges Gabriel to change his approach to relationships and confront his past traumas that have influenced his inability to commit. With her help, Gabriel begins to make progress and even begins to rekindle his feelings for Sophie.
Throughout the film, Gabriel also navigates the challenges of modern dating and the pressure to conform to societal norms. The movie, directed by Frank Bellocq, explores themes of self-discovery, love addiction, and personal growth, with humorous and heartwarming moments.
