The movie opens with Daffy Duck being fired by the VP of Warner Bros., Kate Houghton, who believes that he isn't a valuable character anymore. Daffy becomes upset with the lack of attention his character has received and decides to leave Hollywood. In his attempt to leave, Daffy crosses paths with fired stuntman Damien Drake Jr. who also feels undervalued. The two team up and quickly find themselves on a round-the-world adventure pursuing Damien's father, a famous stuntman who has been missing for years.
Meanwhile, Bugs Bunny is also on the hunt for the diamond but for different reasons. He wants to keep the diamond out of the hands of the Acme Corporation who are planning to use it for their own evil purposes. Kate realizes the importance of Daffy and Bugs working together and joins their mission.
As they travel the world, the group faces obstacles such as a tribe of Amazonian women and a funhouse filled with animated figures. They eventually find Damien's father, who was captured by the Acme Corporation. A battle ensues, and the group ultimately retrieves the diamond and saves the world from the corporation's evil plans.
The movie also features appearances from other classic Looney Tunes characters, including Tweety Bird, Sylvester the Cat, and the Tasmanian Devil. The film combines live-action with animation and includes references to classic films, such as Casablanca. The movie was directed by Joe Dante and received mixed reviews upon its release in 2003 but has since gained a cult following.
