Little Ukraine is a drama film that tells the story of the Shapira family, a Jewish family who escaped Odessa in the 1980s and settled in New York City. The family operates a bathhouse in Little Ukraine, a neighborhood in Brooklyn. The family members include Harry, the father, who is the owner of the bathhouse, his wife, Fira, and their two sons, Max and Alex.
Harry's dream was always to have a successful business in the United States, but things haven't been easy for the family. They struggle to keep their business afloat and provide for their family. The bathhouse is their only source of income, and it's no longer as profitable as it used to be. Harry faces pressure to sell the building to a developer who wants to turn the property into luxury condos.
To make things worse, the family finds themselves caught up in a web of illegal activities. They become involved with the Russian mafia, who demand a cut of their profits.
