As the two thugs, named Jake and Ted, begin to terrorize Charlie and Maria, they quickly realize that they are no match for the brave and resourceful young boy. Charlie manages to outsmart the thugs and outmaneuver them with the help of his loyal dogs Samson and Hercules.
