However, when the team's manager quits after a loss, Billy makes the bold decision to appoint himself as the new manager.
As a 12-year-old, Billy faces several challenges in his new role. The team is full of seasoned players who are not used to taking orders from a child. They initially ignore his instructions and even play pranks on him. However, Billy perseveres and eventually earns the respect of his players.
