The movie follows the story of Daryn, a 17-year-old boy who falls deeply in love with Isabelle, a talented musician, and aspiring artist. When he discovers that Isabelle has a rare form of cancer, Daryn decides to make the most of the time they have left together and give her an entire lifetime worth of experiences.
