Lies & Illusions is a 2009 action thriller movie directed by Tibor Takรกcs. The movie revolves around the life of Wes Wilson (played by Christian Slater), who is a best-selling author living a comfortable life in Hawaii. His life takes a dark turn when he meets the menacing smuggler, Isaac (played by Cuba Gooding Jr.), who kidnaps him and takes him on a perilous ride.
Throughout the movie, Wilson is forced to confront dangerous criminals, hired assassins, corrupt government officials, and cyber terrorists. As he uncovers the truth about the two women in his life, his girlfriend, Samantha (Sarah Ann Schultz), and his ex-wife, Nikki (Christa Campbell), Wilson realizes that nothing is as it seems.
