In the movie, a new school called Super-Villain High opens up across the street from Super Hero High. The students at Super-Villain High are led by Lena Luthor, Lex Luthor's younger sister, who is determined to defeat the Super Hero Girls and take over the world. Lena Luthor creates a device that can control people's minds and uses it to control the students and teachers at Super Hero High.
As a result, the Super Hero Girls find themselves in danger as their friends and family are affected by the mind control device. The girls must work together to stop Lena Luthor and her evil plan. Along the way, they receive help from the Teen Titans and other heroes.
The movie features many popular DC Super Hero Girls characters, such as Wonder Woman, Batgirl, Supergirl, Katana, Bumblebee, Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, and Catwoman. The film also introduces new characters such as Lena Luthor and the students from Super-Villain High.
