The movie opens with The Flash (Barry Allen) zooming around Central City, stopping various disasters and saving people from harm. He returns to Justice League headquarters where he is met with applause and admiration from his fellow heroes. Among them is his girlfriend, reporter Iris West.
However, things quickly take a turn for the worse when Reverse-Flash (Eobard Thawne) shows up and manipulates the Speed Force, trapping The Flash in a time loop. Every time The Flash tries to change the outcome of the day, he fails and the loop resets, causing him to relive the same day over and over again with increasingly disastrous results.
The Flash soon realizes he is losing his powers as a result of the constant time looping. He also discovers that the other members of the Justice League do not remember any of the previous loops, making it difficult for him to explain the situation to them. This results in him getting fired from the Justice League.
Determined to put an end to the time loop, The Flash seeks help from his fellow Speedsters in the Speed Force, including Kid Flash and Jay Garrick. Together, they attempt to break the time loop and put a stop to Reverse-Flash's evil plans.
As the movie progresses, The Flash must face off against various villains like Captain Boomerang and Gorilla Grodd, while trying to keep a handle on his waning powers. Eventually, he is able to break the loop and capture Reverse-Flash, restoring time to its original path and saving the world from disaster.
Throughout the movie, there are plenty of humorous moments and witty banter between the characters, making it a fun and entertaining watch for DC Comics fans of all ages.
